Donation Purpose
Donations support the charitable, ministry and programme activities of Theos Transforming Ministries and Doruka Ministries. A donor may indicate a preferred programme, but acceptance does not create personal ownership or operational control.
Restricted Donations
Where the ministry accepts a donation for a specific documented purpose, it will make reasonable efforts to use it for that purpose. If the purpose becomes impossible, unlawful, unsafe or fully funded, the ministry will contact the donor where practicable and seek permission to redirect the funds to a closely related need.
Authorised Payment Channels
Donors should use only payment instructions published on the official website or confirmed through official ministry contacts. The ministry will never request a bank PIN, mobile-money PIN or full payment-card password.
Receipts and Records
Donors should retain their transaction reference and request an acknowledgement where required. The ministry will maintain reasonable donation, expenditure and project records.
Refunds
Charitable donations are generally final. A refund may be considered for a duplicate payment, proven processing error, unauthorised transaction or material mistake reported promptly. Requests should include the donor’s name, date, amount, payment channel, transaction reference and reason. Refunds are subject to verification, available unspent funds, payment-provider rules and applicable law.
Non-Refundable Situations
A donation will normally not be refunded merely because a donor changes preference after funds have been lawfully committed or spent. Service fees, exchange-rate differences or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
No Guaranteed Benefit
A donation does not purchase spiritual favour, guaranteed healing, employment, immigration assistance, admission to a programme or influence over beneficiary selection.
