Temporary Receiving Arrangement
Theos Transforming Ministries is working toward establishing a dedicated ministry bank account. During this interim period, the ministry may authorize its sister company, Zeevan Investment Limited, to receive a specific donation on its behalf. Zeevan Investment Limited is legally separate from the ministry and does not own ministry donations. Any amount received under this arrangement must be specifically approved, separately identified, recorded in the ministry’s donation register and used only for the stated ministry purpose.
Where exceptional circumstances require an authorized ministry leader’s account, the donor must first receive written approval from the ministry. Such funds must be acknowledged, recorded and transferred or applied only to the approved purpose. Donors should never send money to an unpublished personal account or rely only on an informal social-media message.
Approval and Recording Process
- The donor contacts the ministry and states the intended purpose of the gift.
- An authorized ministry representative confirms the approved payment route in writing.
- The donor uses the unique reference supplied by the ministry.
- The ministry records the donation, date, amount, donor preference and any restriction.
- The donor receives an acknowledgement or receipt after payment is confirmed.
- Restricted gifts are tracked and applied only to the approved programme or purpose.
Donation Reference Instructions
Please use the reference provided in your written payment instructions. A reference may include your name or donor code and the approved purpose, for example: DONOR NAME – DORUKA EDUCATION. If you prefer to remain anonymous publicly, tell us when requesting the payment instructions; the ministry will still keep the confidential financial record required for accountability.
Payment Confirmation and Receipts
After making an approved payment, send the transaction date, amount, payment reference and proof of payment to info@theostransformingministries.org. You may also copy ronald@theostransformingministries.org. Please do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card details.
To request a receipt, include the name to appear on the receipt, email address, amount, date, transaction reference and the purpose of the donation. We will verify the payment before issuing the receipt.

Donations are subject to authorization, entry in the donation and financial records, supporting evidence, restricted-fund tracking where applicable, and periodic leadership review. No donation creates personal ownership, guaranteed benefit or improper influence over ministry decisions.
